Rechavia- a beautiful tree-lined residential area, the original Jerusalem garden suburb with attractive buildings designed by well-known architects of the time in the Bauhaus in European style.
The location is superb. It is close to the downtown and hotel areas, the Great Synagogue, Yeshurun, Sha'arei Chessed with its many shtieblach and other shuls with a recent addition of a French synagogue.
Rechavia is a cultural center of Jerusalem. The Jerusalem theatre, Van Leer Institute and Yad Ben Tzvi are all within easy walking distance.
There is also a broad array of sidewalk cafes and restaurants-including the world famous Mayer's Pastisserie-as well as take-out restaurants.
The post office, bank, and medical center are all in the vicinity, as well as all the other stores in the Wolfson complex.
